"HobbyShopWorld", "HobbyShopWorld LLC"). Your use and/or placement of any order
with HobbyShopWorld.com constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of
all terms and conditions listed below. HobbyShopWorld.com
reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms
and conditions at any time.
Refunds
A refund, exchange will not be made until all items are
returned to HobbyShopWorld.com. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card
will be refunded to the SAME credit card account only. All
other non-credit card orders will be refunded by
either company check or store credit. Refused shipments sent
back to HobbyShopWorld.com do not constitute a refund or
credit. No Exchange or Refunds will be given past 15 days
from purchase, No exceptions. HobbyShopWorld.com reserve the right to charge the
customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment
and a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling
charges paid by customer for returned orders are
non-refundable!

Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance
of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. HobbyShopWorld reserves
the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept
or decline your order for any reason
or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, AMEX as well as PayPal. Please
be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number (i.e. the address and phone
number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect
information will cause a delay in
processing your order. PayPal users: Please note we only
ship to confirmed addresses. Foreign PayPal users must be
non-US verified.
Attention International Customers
paying with credit cards: We screen
diligently for Credit Card fraud!
Due to the increasing high risk of fraud with accepting
international orders, we have some restrictions in place to
deter fraudulent activity. We will also verify address
provided with your credit card company, We reserve the right
to delay the processing of your order until we have verified
your credit card information. If we are unable to verify the
legitimacy of the purchase transaction, we reserve the right
to cancel the order and reverse or void the credit card
charges associated with the purchase. Please note that we
pursue all legal avenues - advise credit card companies,
credit bureaus, and law authorities regarding any
suspicious, attempted, or experienced credit card fraud.

Payment Information
When will you charge my credit card?
Because most of our orders ship the same day and we have
a retail store, your credit card is authorized and
charged at the time of sale. We have chosen this method
as it is the most secure for you, because your credit
card information is not stored on our website. In the
event an item is out of stock, we will contact your with
options available, however it may take a couple of days
for your bank to reflect the credit.
My card was declined,
but I was still billed
When your credit card company or bank declines
you for any reason, they often put a temporary hold on
the funds to cover the order. Your credit card company
or bank will return these funds to your account, usually
within 3-5 banking days. NOTE:
You will not be billed when this happens but you might
see a Pending or Temporary charge.
Also, keep in mind that your credit card company or bank
either accepts or declines any transactions and not
HobbyShopWorld.
If you are declined, STOP and contact us! Continuing to
Click, Click, Click may cause multiple Pre-Auth HOLDS on
your checking account funds!
Domestic and International Damaged Package Claims
If you have received your order, and your package was
damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of
receipt of your package. Customers with damaged packages can
file a claim directly with us. Please complete our
Damaged Package Claim Form
and mail or fax it to us for review. Please keep all
packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification
purposes. We will most likely request the damaged product(s)
be shipped back to us for verification. If we determine a
settlement can be made with shipper on this claim, you will
have option for Refund to creditcard/Paypal or Store Credit.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items,
We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.
Please ship items back to HobbyShopWorld with tracking
information, we are not responsible for items lost in
shipping on route back to us.
Domestic and
Internationnal Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order, and feel your package
may be lost, please contact us. Customers with packages
that have not been received after 30 days (60 days for First
Class Mail International shipments) from shipment date, can
file a claim directly with us. Please complete our
Lost Package Claim Form
Form and mail or fax it to us for our review.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the
manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not
responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide
refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most
manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as
agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not
handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us
and we will be happy to help you out.

Installing
different radio parts in a model, installing
and using a different battery than that which was supplied
with the model, cutting of wires,
and any other modifications will render your item as USED
and UN-RETURNABLE.
Servo returns must include the complete
unopened accessory package. Any servo return with an
incomplete or missing accessory package will not be
exchanged or refunded.

Returning an Item
HobbyShopWorld will accept merchandise for return that was
purchased from us provided you
contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
The merchandise must be in new, unused
condition and in its original packaging. All returns must be
authorized by us via email or phone prior to
you returning the items and must obtain an approved RMA
number from us before returning
anything to us. You are responsible for the cost of shipping
returned items, We do not accept
returns via COD or billed to us in any way. Please ship
items back to HobbyShopWorld with tracking information, we
are not responsible for items lost in shipping on route back
to us.
Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on any items that
are not defective. Fulfillment
mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect

International Returns
We do not accept returns of any electronic components
including motors, speed controls and
batteries. We will accept returns on other items up to 7
days after receipt provided you notify us
via email within 3 business days of your decision to return
the merchandise. We will issue store
credit only for any returns minus a 15% restocking fee.
The cost of returning any merchandise is responsibility of
the customer unless its merchandise
shipped by us in error. In this case, we will issue a credit
to your account for the cost of returning
the merchandise to us not to exceed $15. These items will
not be subject to any restocking
fees.
Items with manufacture warrantee can be shipped directly to
manufacture for warrantee repairs. When shipping
returned items, you are responsible to pack and ship items
properly so the items do not get
damaged or lost in transit. You must also properly insure
your returned shipment incase it is
lost, stolen or damaged. We are not responsible for items
lost in shipping on route back to us.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any
shipping or transit time offered to
you by HobbyShopWorld or other parties only as an estimate.
USPS issues confirmation
numbers. These are not tracking numbers. All they tell you
is that USPS has your package and
will proceed to deliver it. We encourage you to order in a
timely fashion to avoid delays caused
by shipping or product availability. HobbyShopWorld has no
control over your Country's Customs operating time frame,
Every Country has different speeds at which they operate.
Please have patience and allow sufficient time for customs
clearance to release packages. Packages not picked up at
your postal service are categorized as REFUSED and will be
subject to a 30% stocking fee. Some countries postal service
sometimes do not leave delivery attempt notices to customers
when they are not there. Please email us so we can work with
you and/or provide you an updated delivery status.
We provide international customers with tracking numbers via
electronic invoice AND emails containing tracking number. If
you do not receive an electronic invoice please email us
ASAP so we can re-send invoice to you.
PayPal eChecks
and Personal/Business Checks
eChecks and personal/business
checks are accepted for payments, Your order
will ship out the moment check clears our bank.
Prices
All prices listed in our
website, advertising and/or catalog do not include shipping
& handling charges. All prices and
descriptions are subject to change without notice. Orders
shipped to Florida residents must include 7% sales tax.
Price
Matching
We strive to bring you the best products at truly fair
prices. There may be times when a
competitor is offering a better price than the one listed on
our website. Please contact us if this
should occur and we'll do our best to meet this price. For
this to happen, the competitor must
have the same identical product on hand and listed for sale
on their website. The product
must be in stock. This is important as many times an out of
stock or unavailable product is
listed at an unrealistic, low price to generate customer
interest. In any case, feel free to email
us and we'll make every effort to verify if the competitive
offer meets these requirements.
Rejection of
Goods
As soon as the goods are
delivered to Buyer, he/she shall inspect them. Notice in
writing must given within (5) days after receipt of goods of
any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within (5)
days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable
acceptance of the goods.
Out-of-Stock Products
Although we strive to keep adequate inventory levels of the
goods we sell, there may be times
when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Products
that are unavailable at the time of
shipping will not be automatically backordered unless you
inform us otherwise. You may cancel
your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product
Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to
ship all products contained in the
order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the
time of shipping will not be
automatically backordered unless you inform us otherwise.
You will only be charged for products
contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping
charges. You will only be charged
for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase
receipt. The entirety of this shipping
charge may be applied to the first product's) shipped on a
multiple shipment order. You will be
contacted regarding any additional fees prior to shipping
your order.
Li-Po battery packs
Li-Po batteries are great performers, but handling and
maintaining (i.e. Usage, Charging,
Storing, Disposal) You must follow manufactures
recommendations. HobbyShopWorld, LLC
is not responsible for any damages caused by Li-Po damage.
Li-Po packs should NOT be
ran bellow 3v per cell under load or permanent cell damage
will occur. Again, Please follow
manufactures guidelines for each product. Any damage to
Li-Po battery packs when ran
under specified voltage will not be accepted for returns or
exchanges. If the Li-Po item you
wish to return does not work, it may be defective. The
instructions on how to handle this
type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on
handling defects directly.
Defective Li-Po merchandise normally needs to be returned
directly to the manufacturer
for warranty repair or replacement.
Once your return has been received, it will be further
inspected for approval we reserve the
right to decline a return that does not abide to our return
policy. Taxes HobbyShopWorld
shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales
tax for orders to be delivered to
addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other
states, you are solely responsible for all
sales taxes or other taxes.
Money Orders
HobbyShopWorld accepts money orders in U.S. Dollars only.
Orders are processed upon receipt
of a money order.
Personal Checks
HobbyShopWorld will accept a personal check in U.S. Dollars
only. Orders will be processed when check clears our bank. Please email us prior to placing
order.
Limits of
responsibility
The user/customer is required to read all instruction
manuals and follow the manufacturer's
guidelines. HobbyShopWorld cannot accept responsibility for
that occurs during the use of any
radio-controlled model. Great care should be taken when
using radio controlled models. If you

HobbyShopWorld will accept no responsibility for injury
and/or crash damage or loss of models or
their components as it is impossible to determine for
certain whether said damage was the
result of pilot error, radio system failure, momentary
interference, mechanical failure, foul
weather and/or any number of anomalies that are inherent in
our hobby. HobbyShopWorld
cannot be held responsible for improper installation and/or
use of our products purchased from
us.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical error or error in
pricing
information received from our suppliers, HobbyShopWorld
shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
HobbyShopWorld shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is
canceled, HobbyShopWorld shall immediately issue a credit to
your credit card account in the
amount of the incorrect price.
