HobbyShopWorld Does not deliver to PO Boxes, And we always ship with signature required for delivery. We normally try to ship orders placed on weekdays on the same day if order is placed before 2:00pm EST, Otherwise it will be shipped next business day. This excludes national holidays and weekends. Any order placed on a weekend or national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Items Listed with Free Shipping
Items advertised for free shipping will be clearly marked in item description, Otherwise regular shipping costs (and Tax if in Florida) apply.  Please note that certain oversized items will not qualify for free shipping such as Align T-Rex Helicopter carrying case and other over-sized or heavy boxes. You will be notified if any items in your order will be subject to separate shipping fees and may choose to remove them from the order before it is processed. In any case, we will always offer the most cost effective shipping method for said items.

Items marked Free Shipping are clearly market in item description, during checkout please select FREE USA SHIPPING option so you wont be charged shipping fees. We reserve the right to use
any courier of our choice as our shipper for Free Shipping items. This allows us to offer free shipping and low prices on our website. We may ship your products via a courier of your choice. You need to inform of us this at the time of your order. Please note this may void any shipping allowances currently offered.

Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

International Shipping
International orders paid with credit card MUST ship to credit cards billing address, no exceptions. Orders paid with E-Checks will ship when  payment clears. International orders take longer to process and verify. The shipping charge is based the weight of the package. Additional insurance may be purchased as well. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Normal delivery time for EMS will be 3 to 5 business days. Please note that most packages shipped via Global Express Mail arrive in your country within 2 to 3 business days. Many times the delay in receiving the package lies with your local customs service which can take longer to release your package. HobbyShopWorld has no control over them or their agents. It is impossible for us to predict how long the release by customs will take. We suggest you exercise patience and allow sufficient time for customs clearance. HobbyShopWorld cannot ship products with invoices that are not real. This is an illegal practice and cannot be done. HobbyShopWorld is also not responsible for taxes due by purchaser when item is received in your Country.

Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by HobbyShopWorld or other parties only as an estimate. USPS issues confirmation numbers. These are not tracking numbers. All they tell you is that USPS has your package and will proceed to deliver it. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Out-of-Stock Products
Altough we strive to keep adequate inventory levels of the goods we sell, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be automatically backordered unless you inform us otherwise. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
